Classics & Favorite House Drinks

Bloody Mary

2 oz FF Pepper Vodka

4 oz of Bloody Mary mix

Rim half the glass w/special rim mix

Shake & strain over ice into highball glass 

Garnish w/bacon, lime wedge, olive, celery & pepperoncini



2 oz FF Vodka

.5 oz Orange Liquor

3.5 oz Cranberry juice

Shake & strain into Martini glass

Garnish w/lime wheel



2 oz Falls Rum

1 oz Mango Juice

1 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Cherry Juice

Stir and serve in Rocks glass w/ice

Garnish w/orange slice



2 oz Church Bourbon                         

4 oz club soda                                                   

Served over ice in Rocks glass neat                                                      

Garnish w/lemon twist


Lemon Collins Quencher

1.5 oz GF Lemon Verbena Gin  

.25 oz dry vermouth     

.5 oz Elderflower liquor

.5 oz Simple syrup

.5 oz Lemon juice

3 oz soda water

Add vermouth over ice and bruise with heavy shaking; strain off 

Add gin, elderflower and simple syrup to ice and stir 

Strain into rocks glass & add soda water

Served over ice in Highball glass


2 oz Church Bourbon

Dash of peychard bitters & sweet vermouth 

Stir over ice and strain into Martini glass neat

Garnish with Bourbon Cherry



2 oz of either GF Gin or FF Vodka (any flavor)

Load mixing cup with ice and 2 dashes of dry vermouth and shake vigorously

Strain off liquid and add spirit

Stir and strain into Martini glass

Garnish with 3 olives 


2 oz Falls Rum

3 oz soda water

1 oz Fresh lime juice

1 oz Tart Cherry Juice

Muddle 6 mint sprigs with 1 sugar cube and lime juice 

Add rum and top with soda water

Served over ice in Highball glass

Garnish with mint leaf


Murphy’s Law

2 oz Church Bourbon

2 dashes angostura bitters

1 sugar cube

Muddle small chunk of frozen peach with sugar cube, bitters and a dash of water 

Served over ice in Rocks glass



1 oz Great Falls Gin

1 oz sweet vermouth

1 oz Campari

.25 oz Simple syrup

1.5 oz Tonic water

Served neat in Martini glass

Garnish with Grapefruit or orange slice

Old Fashioned

2 oz Church Bourbon

Muddle sugar cube, dash of bitters and splash of water

Add bourbon

Serve over ice in rocks glass 

Garnish with orange slice & bourbon cherry



2 oz Church Bourbon (or Church Burn)

.25 oz Absinthe

Muddle 1 sugar cube, 2 dashes bitters & Absinthe

Add ice, shake vigorously & strain

Add bourbon over the ice and then strain into Rocks glass

Garnish with burnt lemon peel


Tart Cherry Mule

2 oz Great Falls Gin

2 oz dark cherry juice

.5 oz cranberry juice

2 oz ginger beer

Served over ice in Highball glass

Garnish w/a bourbon cherry


Whiskey Raspberry Blinker

2 oz Church Whiskey

.5 oz Grapefruit juice

.25 oz Raspberry syrup

Combine all elements in shaker with ice and vigorously shake

Strain into chilled Martini glass

Garnish w/grapefruit twist
