Church Bourbon Whiskey
Church Bourbon is made in a true Virginia recipe style and then aged in medium char American Oak barrels. A Bourbon that can be enjoyed neat, over ice and yet has just enough spice to stand up against any mixer. This spirit won a Silver Medal in the NYC Best of 50 in 2017.
Another rendition of a Virginia whiskey. This one tends towards the sweeter side with lots of corn and wheat in the mash bill. Then we age it for 6 months in a bourbon barrel.
Church Burn Whiskey
Double Oaked Rye Whiskey. First 1.5 years in American Oak and 6 months in a Habanero Porter barrel while being serenaded with the live music that happens 4 nights a week at The Church. Burn will be bottled and released at 92P on February 14th 2020.
Distiller's Apple Brandy
Maryland apple cider distilled 8 times and steam infused with Granny Smith's. Then we vibrate the distillate with live music while aging it in a Virginia red wine barrel for 365 days to reach a smooth maturity of flavors. Cask strength 92P.
Distiller's Apple-Cherry Brandy
Maryland Apple & Cherry cider distilled 8 times and steam infused with Dark Cherries. Then we accelerate the alcohol to wood chemical interaction with live music 4 nights a week while aging it in a Virginia red wine barrel for 1 year. Finally, we bottle this delightfully smooth sprit at cask strength.
Falls Rum is made from cooking a combination of black strap molasses and raw molasses based sugar in 4-stage filtered water, cooled, pitched, distilled in both a pot and column still, then musical infused while aging in our used bourbon barrels with slices of real vanilla beans. Finally, it is finished with cartelized sugar. Neat or with a mixer, we believe you'll find a little bit of the Islands in every sip.
Frozen Falls Vodka
This ADI Bronze Medal winning spirit is based on a combination of neutral spirits distilled from cane sugar and wheat. It is then processed through a uniquely designed filtration system to give it that refreshing clean taste. So grab a bottle and chill appropriately, then pair it with a crisp pickle or morsel of dark bread and enjoy!

This spirit is based on a combination of neutral spirits distilled from cane sugar and wheat. It is then processed through a uniquely designed filtration system to give it that refreshing clean taste.
