FC Distillers is currently the only Virginia privately owned distillery operating in Fairfax County and the only one in the state to house more than one ABC license.  This allows us to offer full catering, spirits, beer and wine service to our Special Events clients.  Our facility is located in downtown Falls Church approx. 1.5 miles from East Falls Church Metro and convenient covered parking just across the street. We can comfortably accommodate up to 40 seated and 65 patrons with some standing.  We are fully staffed with service personnel to attend to the client’s needs.

 

We can accommodate private or semi-private parties 7 days a week.  There are a range of fees and/or minimum level of charge associated for each day of the week.  As you might expect, the highest fees are associated with Private Parties (closed to the public) on weekend evenings.

 

Our catering options include everything from light to heavy appetizers and full meals.  The actual food offerings are very flexible (to include outside catering services) and vary week-to-week. They are always open to customization for any particular event theme, dietary desires and, of course, requirements.

                                                                           

We stock a full wine cellar comprised of several wines predominately from California and Italy; choices cover sparkling, whites and reds.  Additionally, there are 6 taps with a variety of beer and even our own seltzer offerings.

 

The distillery produces and bottles vodkas, gins, whiskies, rum and brandies.  New limited release whiskies and seasonal delights are a reoccurring them with us - so ask what might be the unique spirit in time for your event. We offer our spirits in various house specialty cocktails and are willing to make most standard libations to order.
